Gratitude
This time of year always feels like a nice time to reflect and express gratitude for the things in your life that bring you joy, health and peace.
I am so grateful for everything that movement and Pilates brings into my life! I find that during difficult times, movement can often help me connect to gratitude, which always helps to shift my perspective and feel better. Simple things like moving the body can bring so much joy and peace! I’m sure we’ve all felt the relief when arriving to class from a stressful day and being instructed to breathe, relax our shoulders, or center our body, feeling thankful to take space away from whatever is happening outside the studio and focus on the body.
We can’t say enough how GRATEFUL we are for our amazing clients! We feel so fortune and blessed for the support we’ve received during our almost 9 years of business, and especially during the last few years. We love the community Pilates Durango has built and are so happy we’ve been able to survive, and continue to grow and thrive - all because of you!
