Policies & Procedures 

Our online scheduling system Mindbody has a simple set up allowing you to book and pay for classes online or from your phone.  Download the Mindbody APP to stay connected on the go! 

General Information:

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out our intake form for your first visit. You may also fill out and submit our intake and liability waiver HERE.

  • Wear comfortable clothing that's easy to move in. Shoes are not needed during your session.

  • Sticky Socks are required for all appointments and classes. We have Sticky socks available to purchase at the studio.

  • We provide all equipment, mats, towels and water.

Scheduling:

  • To schedule Privates and Semi Privates please contact us directly so we may set you up with the best instructor to fit your needs and schedule.

  • To schedule classes you must register with our online scheduling system Mindbody.

  • Schedule and Teachers subject to change. Please check Mindbody for most up to date schedule.

Waitlists

  • Waitlists are available for all classes that are scheduled as full. If you are first on the waitlist you will be moved into class automatically and notified via email if it is still 24 hours or more before the class.

  • If you are moved into a class and can no longer attend it is your responsibility to cancel without charge up to 24 hours before the class, after the 24hr window you will be charged as a late cancel.

  • If you are on a waitlist and know you cannot attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist so the other waitlisted clients have a chance to attend.

  • We don't recommend waitlisting for multiple classes on the same day as very often you may be moved into more than one class and will be charged if you fail to cancel any before the 24hr cancellation window.

  • Please read dates and times on your email confirmations carefully! When you receive an email notification for a waitlisted class this class may be several weeks in the future.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • All private appointments and classes require a 24 hour cancellation notice. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • We do understand that emergencies occur, please reach out to us for special circumstances. This policy is in place to respect others who want to attend classes, as well as the teachers who reserve time for you. We hope this encourages you to stay accountable and cancel appoointments in a timely manner.

  • All class cancellations must be made by going to your account on Mindboody, find the class you'd like to cancel and click "cancel" next to your reservation. 

  • Private appointments must be cancelled directly with your instructor.

  • After the 24 hour window has closed you will be charged for the full price of the appointment or class.

  • Switching to a different class that occurs on the same day will also result in a late charge of the original class, if it is after the 24hr cancellation period.

  • All Class and Private punchcards are non refundable. Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.

Payments

  • Cash, check and credit card are accepted at the studio for all class and private instruction packages.

  • Punch cards for classes are also available for purchase online at Mindbody.

  • Please make payment payable to Pilates Durango.
