A little love for the knees. 

Saturday August 11th

10am - 12pm 

The knees handle a lot, communicating between the often over powering hips and quiet instability of the foot and compensating for any lack of function between the two.   We can take a lot of force in the knee, and if anything is slightly out of alignment that force will be absorbed and translated through the rest of the body less efficiently.  Making sure the knee is aligned and supported from all sides can make a huge difference in knee health, and overall body function.  

We'll use the Yamuna Body Rolling balls to educate each muscle that surround the knee from the hip to the ankle.   Emphasizing space and correcting alignment while connecting the hip to knee to foot.  Sign up below to reserve your spot!
